Pratama Arhan Files for Divorce from Azizah, Legal Counsel Remains Silent at First Hearing
Jakarta - Indonesian national soccer player Pratama Arhan is suing his wife, Azizah Salsha, for divorce. He filed for divorce at the Tigaraksa Religious Court in Tangerang, Banten. According to detikHot, the first hearing of their divorce case was held today, Monday (8/25/2025). Media personnel heard the names Pratama Arhan and Nurul Azizah called into Courtroom III on several occasions.
However, only Arhan's legal team was seen arriving at the court. After about 10 minutes, the hearing concluded, and they immediately left. They refused to comment to the media.
“Sorry, sorry, mission, excuse us,” replied Singgih Tomi Gumilang's legal team at the Tigaraksa Religious Court.
The reason why Pratama Arhan is suing for divorce from his wife is not yet known.
“It's okay, it's okay, we are expected, sorry,” said the legal counsel briefly.
Even when asked again whether he directly represented Arhan, he only replied, “Yes, it's okay.”
To date, there has been no statement from Pratama Arhan or Azizah Salsha regarding this divorce suit. The case is registered under number 4274/Pdt.G/2025/P.Tgrs. However, in the schedule sheet, the names of the parties involved are obscured.
In the Court Case Tracking System (SIPP), the case number is registered as a divorce by repudiation. It is known that divorce by repudiation is a divorce filed by the husband against his wife. If the wife files for divorce, it is commonly referred to as a divorce by lawsuit. In the SIPP, both the names of the defendant and the plaintiff are concealed. Only the registrant is listed as being represented by Singgih Tomi Gumilang, the legal counsel for Pratama Arhan. Arhan's divorce lawsuit was filed on August 1, 2025. Several hours after the hearing, the Public Relations Office of the Tigaraksa Religious Court was still unavailable for comment.
